SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

  • Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
  • Standard delivery: 1–5 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Garden Isle Bath & Body is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damaged or Lost Packages We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
